What Fees do we ask our landlords to pay for Managed and Finders Service only

Our Fees | Finders Only Service

A fixed fee equaling the agreed monthly rental figure inclusive of VAT will become due on the day the tenant introduced by the agent takes possession of the property.

Managed Service | Our Fees

Service charge/management fee: 12.0%

To market the property in order to locate your first tenant, the preparation of tenancy agreement in line with the housing act 1988, preparation of inventory and schedule of condition and a comprehensive reference check: £350.00

Both of the above charges are deducted from your first month’s rent. These charges are to secure your first tenant only and will not be charged again.

Renewal of Tenancy
Renegotiation of new contract, preparation and execution of tenancy agreement in line with the housing act1988: £60.00

Annual Charge
To protect the tenants deposit in line with the housing act 2004 and any subsequent Administration arising from a dispute: £54.00

Finders Only Service | Our Fees

A fixed fee equaling the agreed monthly rental figure inclusive of VAT will become due on the day the tenant introduced by the agent takes possession of the property.

This will include a comprehensive tenant/s reference check, the preparation of Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement as defined in section 19a of the Housing Act 1988, and the preparation of an Inventory Schedule and Condition.

Robinsons Lettings Limited will arrange payment of the deposit direct to the landlord fromthe tenant. The first month’s rent will be paid to Robinsons Lettings Limited. All fees agreed and due will be deducted from the said rent and a statement of rent with copies of application forms and results from referencing will be forwarded to the landlord after the tenant has taken possession.

All fee’s quoted are inclusive of VAT.
